Our onboarding process is designed to be clear, supportive, and efficient. Here’s how you can become a part of The Gordon Group family.

Step 1 - Apply Online

Begin by completing a simple online application to share your background and goals.

Step 2 - Two-Step Interview Process

First Interview: Meet with a TGG recruiter to discuss your experience and alignment with TGG’s mission..
Second Interview: If you’re a strong candidate, you’ll have a final interview with a hiring manager to discuss the role in depth.

Step 3 - Pre-Licensing & Exam

For unlicensed agents, schedule and complete your pre-licensing course.

Step 4 - Complete Contracting

Finalize contracting to officially join TGG.

Step 5 - Training and Mentorship

Begin training by tapping in through our social media access, giving you the confidence and resources to succeed from day one.

Step 6 - Start Selling

Access exclusive leads and begin connecting with clients, with TGG’s full support.
